Bigger 3D Animated City Lights Extra buildings added

Nice! Only issue is its saying there are too many paintings to merge here so it becomes expensive on thermo. With the previous version I discovered I couldn't emit enough objects for my level to work unless I merged the paintings. Looks awesome though
