Driving simulator

Pls update PLS :)

It's a pretty good effort! Not a classic by any stretch, but there are a lot of good elements here. It would probably be more interesting if there were AI-controlled vehicles driving on the map.
Not bad at all, though!

Lapped races can be cheesed by going forward and backing over the finish line. Might want to add a checkpoint mid-lap
