Metropolis Street Racer

Thanks for all the support, your feedback has been invaluable! This is only essentially a tech demo but i'll leave it up for posterity. Please check out Metro Street Racer to see how expansive and detailed city-based racing in Dreams can be! :-)

Apologies for the lack of updates, but this has turned into a collaboration with animeboy0021 and we have been hard at work on a selection of new tracks which we look forward to sharing with you all soon! Meanwhile check our photos for a sneak peak! ;-)

can you improve drifting?

Version 1.04 adds full reverse and some destructible objects. Please let me know how these affect the racing, the lightpoles near the end of the lap are lighter than the rest to compare the physics as heavier objects can c'use frustrating obstructions.

um nice car ! i didn't like the potential to crash into everything though, but i loved this!

Thanks everyone for feedback, appreciated, version 1.03 out now, adds rudimentary reverse and respawn (only use respawn if you flip, don't know how to create checkpoints - yet!), also option to skip intro and other minor improvements. More coming soon!

This truly is a real good street race game already. Keep up the good work.

The track is perfect, cutscene and music are on spot, the project are growing well ! 👍
