How do you turn around the item?

At around 45k they just refuse to build more. Whatever I placed, they just wouldn't build anything. I had to keep deleting parts to fix it but it would happen again and again. Also there's no info for the railroads despite everything else having it.

Bug : Car is already unlocked when you start the game.

Controls are a bit confusing and sometimes and pressing X always me lose money, even when nothing is being built
