If you crouch you can crawl through the gaps in the railings and go out and off the map edge.

Also a bug to point out: The egg can sometimes be duplicated when picking it up. It seems to work the most when putting it in the corner between the wall and fence, standing ontop the egg and waiting for the prompt. Photo for reference
