I can shoot when I'm reloading for some reason

I can shoot while i'm reloading.

The sawn-off wont stop glowing and the dual pistols need more animation

The grappling hook sometimes doesn't stop grappling and you keep stuck and the only way to escape is to change equiped weapon but if you change again it keeps locked on the target, when that happens, the grappling hook can shoot but it doesn't have effect

It did not respawn

You can cut yourself with the dagger if you hit while looking directly down.
