Majora011's 3rd/1st Person Puppet

On my Main account i Gave it it Multiplayer but it got delete by corrupted Save so im re do it on This account

How do I make the first person view not pitch down by itself when moving forward? When I move forward it pitches the camera and then if I press the L trigger to bring up the weapon its pointed to the sky.
