This is incredible! Looks great and plays great as well, congrats :) I'm really looking forward to this, and have suggestions: Odissey's influence is clear, why not get more of it's moveset? Long jump, side jump, achrobatics with the boomerang, ...

You should add a faster method of travel, obviously since this is emulating Mario controls adding something like a roll from Odyssey or a simple run button like 3D world would help gameplay tremendously, maybe even a long jump!

Invert X and Y camera options would be great!

I love the whistle-like jump sounds, they're so oddly charming. If I have to nitpick anything, Trip feels a tad slow, which detracts from movement flow. Granted, a speed increase could cause levels to be too spacious.
Anyway, this is great.

The controls are so smooth and the platforming is fun. I can't wait to see the final product!
